Scrubs & Beyond, a fashion-forward nursing scrub brand, reached out with a vision in mind: Refine their social media landscape to increase customer evangelism, engagement, and ambassadorship while driving positive community impact.

Strategy

Using a phased approach, Scott Social developed a roadmap in three parts.

Phase 1: Refine the brand voice with cohesive storytelling, establish an initial community, and increase engagement.

Phase 2: Create an ambassador program centered around UGC content creation and establishing a well rooted presence in the community. Develop robust omni channel campaigns centered around storytelling.

Phase 3: Explore individually optimized strategies for social media channels. Invest in long-term ambassador relationships, leverage them to develop campaign-driven content requests.

Results

In 6 months, Scrubs & Beyond generated 1.5M impressions with a 2.52% engagement rate, where the industry average stands at 0.2%. Their new Reels strategy, their top performing content pieces, generated a total watch time of 9 days, 16 hours, and 22 minutes. They also grew over 6,877 new followers.
